Creative Name Suggestions for Renaming Training Department in Organizational Rebranding

As we're doing the rebranding exercise at the organizational level, as a part of the same exercise, we plan to give the "Training" department a new name. Please suggest.

This is Tejesh, HR of SHPL. You can name the Training department with some Sanskrit or Hindi words that will evoke an immediate response. Some suggestions are:

- Gyan Shiksha
- Gyan Prapti
- Gyan Sagar
- Vidya Kendra
- Abhyas Kendra
- Manovikas Kendra

Feel free to choose a name that resonates with the essence of your Training department.

Training and development can be referred to as skill escalation training or knowledge development.

The new name for the Training department could be "SCHOOL". It may sound a bit childish, but it serves the purpose of conveying the correct meaning of the department. Please let us know what you have decided to rename the Training department as.

How about calling it Department of Skill Enhancement? After all, one does need to keep getting a DOSE :-D whenever the need arises (pun intended). Besides, this will be a fun name to have and change the notion that most have about training being a heavy and serious activity. Let us try to tell all that this is an activity where one can have some fun and yet learn from the entire training experience. How about that? What do you say? :)

Like Rohan, I too have a crazy idea, but even this name can be useful. It is 'PATHSHAALA'.
