Seeking Guidance on Creating a Comprehensive Employee Agreement for the Transport Industry

I am from the Transport Industry. Kindly guide me with the format. I am looking for a format with which I can create an agreement with any employee, and also with my current employer. The format should cover everything to ensure that no mistakes are made against the company. After leaving, the employee should not be able to use any information or policy against the company. It should encompass everything related to transport. Kindly guide me.

Are you looking for an employee/employer agreement or a confidentiality agreement/Non-Disclosure agreement? If it's the latter, you shouldn't have a problem as it's quite easy to find and is common among all industries.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I am looking for a format for employees who will work at my company. When they join new, I can make agreements with them. Please also explain to me the difference between a confidentiality agreement and a Non-Disclosure agreement.
