Advanced Courses In HR

I am in the last semester of MBA in HR from K.U.K.(India). After this i want to pursue some Advanced course in HR (Interested in Industrial Psychology) Please give information about other courses also apart from psychology.
I want to opt for a distance learning programme. Can anyone suggest me something.

You might visit the ICFAI website: there are 3 specialised courses you could pursue post PG/MBA in HR: T&D; Performance Management; and Leadership and Change management
Though the exam methodology is not mentioned there: just the course contents are given: it is distance learning.
I am myself trying to gather more detailed info about the same.
