Employee Engagement Ideas for Retail: How Do You Keep Your Team Motivated and Happy?

Could someone mention employee relation activities for a retail firm, both for the store and corporate office?

We have decided on a Bhel Puri party at the end of every month, a colorful week, birthday celebrations, bring your child to work day for the corporate office, and appreciation day and team-building activities for the store.

Suggestions on the above are welcome.

I need to take a training session for 4 days for my client. The venue is Corbett, so please suggest some activities that we can do there during the breaks between training sessions. Both indoor and outdoor options would be great.
