Considering ICFAI's HR Courses for Career Growth? Seeking Insights and Exam Details

I have completed my PG in HR from Symbiosis and currently work as an HR Generalist in a reputable company. I am interested in furthering my academic qualifications in the HR field to improve my career prospects.

I have come across some PG courses specializing in Training & Development, Performance Management, and Corporate HR offered by ICFAI. However, I am uncertain about pursuing them from there as the website does not provide clear information.

Could someone please offer suggestions or share insights about these ICFAI courses? I would also like to know more about their exam methodology for distance learning.

I am also a postgraduate in H.R.M, and would like to get information regarding courses. Please let me know if there are diploma courses available in training and development from IJTD, as far as I know. Additionally, there are courses in labor laws offered by various universities. If you are experienced, you can consider pursuing the PHR Certification or GPHR.
