Please help me with one more question.
See My salary is 12k and in the month of Feb. 08 I made an incentive of 11600 that I will be receiving it by May 1st which total comes to 23600/- but boss told me that your salary is tax free but in your incentive I will deduct 3700 which I will receive 7900 from 11600.
Can you tell me that apart from Salary what 's the deduction ratio for incentive and every month incentive will be variable.
Please help in this issue I will be great full to you.

Hi, My Name is Vijay K S, I was working as part time in BPO Inbound Call center as TL and after one month I left that company, and my salary was Rs. 10000/- pm but when I received the cheque I found that there was a deduction of Rs. 1070/- when enquired with accounts they said that it was tax deduction, can you tell me what tax the company would have deducted or is any tax applicable to this salary.
