Struggling with My TnD Project: How Can I Make It Stand Out and Frame a Questionnaire?

I am Parimala, pursuing MBA (HR) final semester. I do not know how to start; I'm so disappointed that no one was replying to my queries. I expected a lot from citemanhr.com, but really it's not so now. Anyways, I'm still trying. I'm posting my queries hoping that someone can at least reply to me.

I have started my project on Tn D in a public sector company. The project title is "Competency Building through T n D," and the hypothesis is "Training as a Source for Gaining Competitive Advantage." Can you suggest how to carry out my project work? Many of my classmates are focusing on Tn D. To add value to my project, can I link Tn D with some other topic? If so, what? How can I frame a questionnaire? (Suggestions from all sides are welcomed).
