I have been given an assignment for throwing some good ideas in an office which has just started .We have to start some Best Practises which are practised in the Industry.
Pl can anyone share the practises or ideas .It would be of great help for me.

I have taken help of ISO 9000 as standard and trying to put all manuals according to the guidelines.
