Dos And Donts For Employees When Client Visits

Hi Seniors,
Please help me to prepare a guideline on the "Dos and Don'ts" for employees on the eve of client visiting the workpace. We are a software development firm and normally have a very open and friendly environment prevailing.
Please suggest.
