I hope that everyone is fine here. I am asking every member of citehr.com, what are your strengths and weaknesses if you are asked in an interview?

Hi! You must be frank in indicating your strengths (with emphasis on those strengths that will add value to the profile you are being interviewed for) and be tactful in addressing your weaknesses. You can mention it as an area for development and summarize it in a manner that shows you are actively working on improving it.
