Seeking Help: How Are Big Tech Companies Outsourcing Campus Recruitment?

Dear friends, I am a final-year management student working on a project about changing trends in campus recruitment to be outsourced with 3rd party agencies. I am seeking assistance in gathering information for Accenture, Honeywell, IBM, HP, Oracle, Capgemini, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems. I need the following details to complete and submit my project by next week:

1. Total headcount in India.
2. Total number of employees recruited in 2007, including the number of students hired from college campus recruitment in 2007.
3. Whether the campus hiring process or partial process is outsourced to any third-party agency. (Please provide names if applicable.)
4. The percentage commission offered to the agency for outsourcing the campus hiring.
5. The salary brackets offered to campus recruitment students by the mentioned companies.

Dear sir/madam,

I am hereby forwarding the schedule for organizing the recruitment drive for 2010 out students at the college level.

The recruitment process and eligible candidate criteria will be as follows:

• Technical candidates from B.Tech (CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, and MCA)
• Non-Technical candidates from MBA
• Written Test contains Aptitude & C 60 marks, 60:00 minutes.

Note: Percentage is not a considerable point for the right candidate.

Shortlisted candidates will be rescheduled for Group Discussion followed by an HR interview.

Selected candidates need to work on JAVA and NET platforms. The job location will be at Hyderabad, INDIA.

Sufficient training will be provided by the company to the candidates before they go LIVE.
