New to Setting Up an HR Department: Need Help with Forms and Employee Management Tools

Hello Seniors,

I have recently joined an IT company. This IT company did not have any HR Department, and I have to set up the HR department. I have a little idea about the HR Department. So, this is my kind request to all the seniors that I need your help. I need an induction form, guidance on how to maintain employee Database (MIS), Leave Application forms, and letters that are frequently needed to deal with employees.
