Struggling to Choose a Workshop Topic: Are Ethics in the Workplace Worth Exploring?

ibrahim.alam
Hello Everyone,

I need to decide on a topic for conducting an open-house workshop. As you all understand, the topics are vast, and everything seems right. Can anyone help me with a topic?

So far, I have thought about "Ethics in the workplace and can they be taught?" Communication and Leadership are great topics, but aren't these the most common topics that come to your minds when we think of an open-house workshop?

Please help; it would really be appreciated.

Thank You

Hi,

You can talk about topics like "Work Vs Life Balance"; "Creating a Family in the Organization"; "Motivation for Employers"; "Knowledge and skills could be trained. Can ATTITUDE be? I would think of some more issues and let you know.

Also, let me know who and what is the occasion of this open house. As far as I know and understand, open houses are created to meet and discuss certain issues or concerns or simply news breaking. Let me know the agenda so that I can help you better.

Thank you for your response. I work for the Training & Development division of Planman Consulting in Hyderabad, and for quite some time, we have been thinking of having an open-house workshop for corporates.

I am still looking for topics. Once the topic is finalized, I have to work on the trainer, workshop date, and venue. The workshop is going to be organized in Hyderabad, and we are looking at holding it next month.
