I AM PAYING Rs. 15000 for my apartment. I am getting an HRA of Rs.12000 from my employer. i am a public sector manager and staying in A1 city. Do we have to deduct the income tax at source for 15000 to my house owner? The rent is for an house used for domestic purpose not for commercial use. What is limit of house rent without deducting the income tax at source.
Please help me.
