Induction Program is basically making an smooth entry of an employee in the organisation, making an outsider an insider,
we normally have 3 step induction process
1) brief candidate about the company, done by HR
intro about company hisory,mission stmnt. , vision of the company.
orgsn culture,
basic governing employment policies.....
2) Introduction of employee to department head,
dept head explain job functions, key tasks,reporting levels, intro to allcolleagues and concerned in dept.
3) follow up with employee
after 1 month, follow up with employee regarding the understanding of employment policies of company and his job responsibility.
