Navigating Client Agreement Challenges in Manpower Consulting

Shivani Joshi
Hi seniors,

I have a query. I work in a software company that provides manpower consulting. The HR in my company had an initial discussion with a client, and the client wishes to avail of our services. However, the client refuses to sign any agreement. We have sent the PFA (Proposal for Agreement) to the client. The client wants us to serve them with manpower without signing the PFA. The agreement should be signed as it will be the proof of the contract between the client and the vendor.

Can you please give me suggestions on how to deal with such a situation? Whether to proceed or not?

Warm Regards,
Shivani

Dear Shivani,
You can show it as proof if you have an email confirmation for the terms agreed upon by the client. If they still don't want to sign an agreement, it is fair to stop your services.

Deva
