I am looking for the Maternity Leave and benefit law applicable In India. What is the maximum period a lady can avail the leave.

Dear Chitra,
It has been really helpful. Please also help me in knowing whether there has been any updates after the 6th Pay comission report has come. As it said that the law would change from 90 days to 4+1 that is 4 with pay and one month without pay.
