Busy HR Professionals: How Do You Stay Updated on Trends Without Formal Courses?

I would like to keep updating myself with new trends in HR and the events happening in the HR world. My busy schedule does not permit me to pursue any courses or visit a library for more information. Could any of you suggest good websites or correspondence courses that one could take up?
