In our company, we are making a proposal for a new salary matrix that will be released in the month of July. Before that, they are going to look at some salary surveys in the Indian market. After conducting all the surveys, they will have a short meeting with all business unit heads for clarification.
My Chinese boss has assigned me the task of gathering details from the Indian market. Could you suggest ways for me to provide details of the salary surveys from various MNC concerns? This information will help satisfy them and prevent employees from leaving their jobs.
