b. What are its future prospects?
c. How can one acquire the knowledge in Oracle HRMS, is there any course or certification available?
d. If so, what are the pre-requisites for getting certified/trained on Oracle HRMS?

How many years of domain experience(like Recruitment) is required to study or become an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant.
I am very much confused whether i can start the course now or not.

I think you should look long term and if you have good communication skills,ability to understand others viewpoint and convicing skills than you shuld opt for consultant role in Oracle apps hrms functional side.ERP is always top paying jobs and so you can have good future here.Also as Oracle HRMS is popular in many foreign countries too so you can think of working in abroad.
