Rumy
Dear All,

Hope you are doing well.

This is my first post on CiteHR. I want to know a few details about Oracle HRMS:

a. What is Oracle HRMS?
b. What are its future prospects?
c. How can one acquire knowledge in Oracle HRMS? Are there any courses or certifications available?
d. If so, what are the prerequisites for getting certified or trained in Oracle HRMS?

I would appreciate it if someone could guide me.

Regards,
Rumy.

Hello,

I want to know about Oracle 11i. I have only completed a BA and am currently pursuing an MBA. Can I do a course on Oracle? Will it be beneficial for me?

Kindly reply,

Hi all,

Please help me in making a decision; I have received two job offers. One is in Oracle Apps, and the second is in protocol testing. Considering my experience, I am currently in the telecom domain and also enjoy working with databases.

I am a bit confused about which one to choose.

Thank you.

I am an IT Recruiter with 6 months of experience in the consulting field. I want to become an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant. How many years of domain experience (like recruitment) are required to study or become an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant? I am very much confused about whether I can start the course now or not. Please reply to me as soon as possible.

I think you should look long-term. If you have good communication skills, the ability to understand others' viewpoints, and convincing skills, then you should opt for a consultant role in Oracle Apps HRMS functional side. ERP jobs are always top-paying, so you can have a good future here. Also, as Oracle HRMS is popular in many foreign countries, you can consider working abroad.

Training Opportunities

There is a training institute named Educrafters Training Academy that specializes in ERP, IT courses, and soft skills training. They also provide online training as per clients' requirements. You can contact them at http://www.educrafterstrainingacademy.com/ or email them at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
