Can I Pursue a Ph.D. in HR After an MBA by Correspondence? Seeking Guidance on Career Paths

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and was thrilled to see such an extensive network of HR professionals and enthusiasts. I have done a BBA in HR from a reputed college and am currently pursuing an MBA in HR through correspondence but am not currently employed.

I have the following queries:

1) Can I pursue a Ph.D. in India after doing an MBA through correspondence? If not, what other options are available?

2) Is an MBA through a correspondence program of any help if you don't have work experience?

Could anybody please help me find out where I can pursue a Ph.D. through correspondence? I completed my MBA through correspondence at Symbiosis University. It's quite urgent, so any assistance in obtaining more details would be greatly appreciated.
