Need Help Finding a Company to Design Our New Performance Appraisal Form

Dear All,

I am working in an IT company as an HR Executive (the sole person in the HR Department). The Managing Director wants a new appraisal form, and for that, he wants me to search for companies to which we can outsource the work of designing the appraisal form.

Hello All,

Performance appraisal forms are very useful, as mentioned by Trisha and Lanwagroup. However, I have a question - who answers these questionnaires given in the forms if an organization uses the 360 appraisal method?

Don't know why it's not working for you. I can download it well. Maybe you have downloaded something else before this. This site has a rule that you can download only one thing every 2 minutes, not before that.
