The PPT is nice and useful. However, I suggest that it needs to be expanded more in line with present day situations. Role playing is very important and fundamental task in Human Resource Management. The Managerial capabilities in HRM strongly depends on the role played by the Managerial cadre in HR. An Institutiion's prospects and expansion definetely supported with the role played by the concerned individuals and Professionals and Skilled workers.
