Hi ,I am a Post graduate in (English Literature) even pursuing MBA(HR) and for last one year working as a soft skill trainer for a Telecom Company.I am looking for a Certified training program for trainers.Could you guys help me out?

vivek here, 'm done with my BBM and 'm realy interested to become a personality development trainer. Please let me know where in India caN I enroll for a course in order to attain a TAA40104 CERTIFICATE IN TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT...:confused: or any of the certified course would do good...
I really'm interested to become a corporate trainer and more precisely as i mentioned personality development trainer. Is there any Master degree in relation to this particular stream.
