Either it is done by only employee or it is defined by employee,HOD and PL.

What the process of KRAs or how to prepare the KRAs of different positions?

KRA is Key Responsible Area, this is different from Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or Job descriptions (JD).
KRA of HR executive differs from organisation and Industry.
