How Long Should New Joiner Bonds Last in Manufacturing? Seeking Advice on Duration and Format

I am working in the Manufacturing Industry based in Ahmedabad. We need to start signing bonds for new joiners. Please send me the bond format and also guide me on the proper duration to sign the bond for, whether it is one year or two years.

We are not sending candidates outside our company for training or anything. Please guide me on the above query as it is very urgent.

Usually, a two-year bond is enough, and I am also sending you a competitor bond as well.
