Dear all,

We want to make our office boy a permanent employee. His salary is 8000/-. According to the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Act, he is liable for ESIC. Even if he is alone, we need to register for ESIC. Is there any other way we can help him to be included on the company's payroll?
