I am seeking urgent help. One of my friends is interested in understanding the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the preparation of the recruitment process in corporate settings and how it can be utilized to maintain good records on a daily basis. Could you please assist?

Essentially, we are looking to understand how databases are maintained and how they can be utilized most efficiently. A tentative format for the same would be greatly appreciated.
