To transfer your PF Account, please fill out Form 13(R) and obtain the authorized signatory from the concerned department in your previous management. If the signatory is not available, you may also opt to obtain the signature from a local gazetted officer and submit the same at the local PF Office.

I am Kiran, working in one of the logistics companies as a Management Trainee in HR. Previously, when I was in MBA, I didn't know anything about payroll. However, after coming here, I have learned a lot. Unfortunately, there is no correct trainer available for me to fully understand this area. If you don't mind, could you please provide some explanations for each of the forms you have posted? For example, Form-13: Transfer of PF. This form is used when an employee changes organizations to transfer the amount from the old company to the new account.
