I am kiran working in one of the logistics company as a management trainee- HR. Previously when i was in M.B.A i dont know anything about payroll but after coming here i learned a lot but, there is no correct trainer to me to know completely about this. If u don't mine can u pls give some explanation about each of the form u have posted for example- Form-13 Transfer of PF ( when an employee changes the organisation he can use this form for transfering the amount by that new company to this account) like this.
