Is a 5-Month Competency Mapping Course Worth the Investment for My HR Career?

Dear experts,

I am currently pursuing a part-time MBA in HR from Mumbai. There is a distance learning 5-month certificate course on Competency Mapping by T V Rao Institute. The cost of the course is around 30K. Can someone please guide me as to whether this course will really help in the future? The last date for joining this course is 15th June.

I would be obliged if all you experts could guide me on whether I should take up this course or not!
