Well, if you are talking about recruitment, it is totally different from selection and hiring. Recruitment involves calling up candidates to the company premises. The second step is the interview, followed by the selection process. Therefore, recruiting means shortlisting candidates for interviews, similar to what staffing companies do.

I am an HR coordinator, and from my perspective, the recruitment process starts with advertising job vacancies and progresses through screening/interviews, negotiation, identification, testing, selection, placement, induction/training, workflow, payroll, grievances, appraisals, evaluating job satisfaction and a healthy environment, transfers (interdepartmental/location), exit formalities/exit interviews, full and final settlement, PF withdrawal/transfer, and then back to the beginning.

Please comment on this and provide corrections if needed.

Hi, Sorry, it's a topic of End to End Recruitment, but I have posted End to End HR Function.

For an End-to-End Recruitment, identifying the actual requirements of that particular job, fixing the minimum/maximum qualifications/requirements for the post, advertising in media/publications/job fairs, conducting interviews, testing/screening (aptitude, skills, communication, appearance, etc.), selection, negotiation, finalizing, and placement.

"A right person at the right time and the right place for the right job."
