Crafting an Employee Bond for Costly Training: How to Ensure Commitment for Two Years?

I need to draft a bond for employees who are sent to this particularly expensive training. The bond needs a clause stating that the employee attending the training will not leave the company for the next two years.

Training Bond

Mr. ABC, working as [designation] in [company name], has been fully sponsored by the company for a course conducted by [Training provider name]. The employee has agreed to faithfully serve the employer for a minimum period of 12 months commencing from [start date].

The condition of the indemnity herein executed is that the employee shall faithfully discharge his duties as [designation] until [end date]. He should comply with all the rules and regulations of the company. If the employee, for any reason, leaves the services of the company before the said period of 12 months, then he shall forthwith pay [amount].

However, the company has the full right to transfer, suspend, or terminate the employment of the employee during his service.
