Sources of Case Studies for managerial level?

Dear All, Constant growing is the demand and need of the day.......
Case Studies are on of them.. Can anybody help in telling me the Sources of Case Studies for managerial level where the objective will be of Developing Emotional Intelligence,Decision-Making,Communication Skills etc. Can we get them from magazines also or only through net?
