Seeking Case Studies to Boost Emotional Intelligence and Decision-Making Skills at Managerial Levels – Where to Find Them?

Constant growth is the demand and need of the day. Case Studies are one of them. Can anybody help me by providing sources of case studies for managerial levels where the objective will be developing Emotional Intelligence, Decision-Making, Communication Skills, etc.? Can we find them in magazines or only through the internet?

- ICFAI Business School also has a case study repository. I don't know whether they sell them.
