New HR Manager Seeking Advice on Daily Work Tracking and Intranet Software Solutions

Hi, I am working as an HR manager for an animation company. As I am new to this company, I would like to implement something new. For example, at the end of the day, when they leave, I want them to enter their day's work into an Excel sheet, something related to this.

Also, I need some software for intranet facilities. If you are using it, please do forward it to me.

I am working as a Project Secretary in my company. We use a format where every employee needs to register their entry and exit time along with a signature and a brief work description of their activities for the day.

The format is a printed document with the company name centered at the top. The layout includes the following columns:
- Date (1st column)
- Staff-In/Out Time Register (2nd column)

Then, there are sections for:
- Serial Number
- Name of the Employees
- Time In
- Signature for Time In
- Time Out
- Signature for Time Out
- Brief Work Description

At the end of the form, there is a space for the Signature of the Department Head, Supervisor, or Team Boss along with the date.

We already have such a web-based application in place and it is used by around 2000 users throughout the US organization. This application is called a Timesheet application. It is utilized for managing users' daily, monthly, and yearly activities, with built-in invoicing and reporting features. I can provide more detailed information about it if you are interested.
