Kindly help me if you have the soft copy of one of the following project topics:

6. Organizational stress and its impact on employees

Please provide guidelines to help me complete my project.

I need a questionnaire on labor welfare facilities, i.e., statutory and non-statutory facilities.

Instead of asking for a completed project, you should conduct a literature search, form your aim and objectives, and then do the study yourself. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects.

Thank you for your response. I have worked on a summer training project regarding Organizational Climate in my first year. My concept and objectives are clear. However, for my final year project on Training & Development, I require a T&D questionnaire for further analysis. Please assist me with this.

You may have a clear idea, but we are not privy to that. Hence, kindly give us as much information about your project on T&D as possible. I am sure HR experts will agree with me that it is a very broad area, and the questionnaire will also depend upon the type of organization, its activities, and the level of staff in mind, etc.
