I AM WORKING FOR A HEALTHCARE BPO WITH 100+EMPLOYEES.
PLEASE THROW SOME LIGHT ABOUT TRACKING THE LEAVES/ ABSENTEEISM / TIMING OF EMPLOYEES THROUGH ONE METHOD...
ie.... SWIPE CARD / ACCESS CARDS ETC
(IT SHOULD SERVE BOTH WAYS LIKE CAN BE USED AS EMPLOYEE ID CARDS AND ALSO FOR TIME ETC)

He has the latest software which will suffice your purpose (Employee Identity Cards cum Swipe / Access Card.) The software can further be linked to the Payroll also.
