Suggestion For Studying A Best Course In Hr/pr/psychology

Hi Team,

I am an executive secretary working for a media company and hold a B.Com degree. Currently, I am studying for an MBA through correspondence at IGNOU and am successfully clearing all the papers by semester. I have two more semesters left to write exams. I am now considering taking a course for six months to one year that is related to HR or will be beneficial for me in the future after completing my MBA.

Could you kindly suggest the best course for me to study that would be useful for my future career prospects?

In India, we have many universities where you can study for an MBA/MPM/MIRPM qualification, which is equivalent and has no difference, but this should be done from a UGC-recognized university. What is best? Nothing is best except your belief in yourself. If you believe you are the best, until you learn, nothing will work for you. When talent doesn't work hard, hard work beats talent.

Prioritizing the qualification to be recommended, which brings you more employment opportunities, your point of view emerges from the prevalent discriminatory practices in India under the umbrella of branded B-schools, Deemed Universities, and Premier Institutes through scandal-mongering. Many shrewd graduates from such private institutes or non-university institutes working in Indian corporates are lobbying through scandal-mongering tactics to protect their qualifications by spreading myths and brand concepts.

Education standards all over India are on par. Your qualification is authorization of a license to practice the profession of your specialization. Formal UGC-approved university education is the only recognized qualification for employment in Public Sector Companies and has worldwide validity for future advanced studies or research work. Beware of fake universities that are being operated all over India.

Your question also indicates your desire to work abroad other than in India.
