Seeking Fun Energizers and Humorous Videos for Engaging Training Sessions – Any Suggestions?

My name is Ashish Mahajan, and I have 6 years of experience in Training and Development. If I am not asking too much, could any one of you help me with information on some energizers? I am going to use them for in-house as well as outbound programs. Also, please assist me with some humorous videos.
