Retail Training - Talent Acquisition

This is my first posting in this forum. I am working as a Team Leader - Talent Acquisition. I handle the Retail vertical. I am looking to venture into Retail training and open a traning firm in the near future. Can someone advise how to go about it?

Hi Vikas,
I am based at Mumbai and looking for some training assignment.
I have total 6 yrs of experience in Training, BPO and KPO. Have 2000 hours of training experience. Have conducted competency training programs such as customer service orientation, communication skills, business etiquette, time management, etc. got experience of training KPO, BPO, Retail teams. Have worked extensively with the Tata group and trained Tata Sky, Voltas and Tata Teleservices teams on project basis.
