For your ready reference I attach herewith a ppt which is about Labour Laws in India. This may not be academic centred but may be useful when you become employed especially in HR dept.

I may congratulate your effort in compiling the labour laws in such an exhaustive way.In your PPT slide 117 regarding retrenchment you have stated that establishments employing more than 50 employees shall issue notice3 months in advance. I think it is 100. Kindly check and if it is 50 kindly furnish the amendment orders.
