Can anyone give me examples of:
1. A company that takes over other companies and destroys them so that there is no competition.
2. Miniature replica... It's like a parent company operating in, say, India. It had a replica of the parent company in India, with the same product lines and stuff, but the area of operation is smaller.
3. A company that acquired another to become strong in their country.
4. A company that manufactures product A in some country because of resources available there and product B in some other country, but markets it everywhere. Please don't give HLL as an example because Venky already gave us that.
5. Leadership vacuum... where the leader retires or goes away, leaving the company with 4 VPs, and because of that, there is a cold war.
6. A company that during acquisition had different standards, promised stiff, but after 2-3 years, quietly changed them.
7. A company that acquired some company but a different line of product, like Sunflower by ITC.
Please mail at [email protected]
Thank you!
