How I can train Security Staff (Guards) to perform well on their jobs?

Please guide me how to train the Security Guards to industrial safety & Patrolling , Access Control. Search,
Mr.Pradeep Bajaj sir I saw your Presentations. Please give me All presentations and slides & Movies. We are Training them to like a Soldier . we Make the Security Guards Very strong & Powerful persons on Duty.

A. Access Control
B. Issuing of ID Cards for Employees
C. Patrolling Service
D. Mail room Service
E. CCTV Operators
F. Event Guards.
G. Security Receptionists
H. Car Park Management Guards
I. Gatehouse Guards etc.
2. Has trained staff. Training List:
A. First aid training
B. Fire Fighting training
C. Patrolling procedures training etc.
What else could be done to improve service, I mean what else can provide security company to customer company?

Am a Security Management professional, and currently working for an organisatioin that is pioneering on the subject of training not only Guards, and Security professionals at all levels.
From the mail, it appears that all you want to train are your Security Guards. Which subject, has not been mentioned. Some subjects are that are relevent to the Guards are: -
Drill, and Unarm Defense
Preventive Action (Access Control of People, Materials, Vehicles and so on.
Patrolling.
Addressing the emergency situations,
Counter Action (Fire Protection,Bomb Threat, Eartquake, Crowd Control)
First Aid.
Customer Services/ relations,
Observation and inspection.
Search.

As security personnel i can suggest you to prepare a training module which could cover all your routine security activity and train them accordingly. Over all the world few important area is common for Industrial security personnel they are
1. visitors and customers management
2.Contract workers management
3.checking of vehicle and personnel search at gate
4.receiving and sending of production and Non-production materials
5. Warehouse and scrap area duty and so on
please Do SWOT for security training and find solution through your company / out sources security in charges
