Dear HR folks,
To make the HR/Training Manager's life easier, I request all the CiteHR Consultants/Trainers to post their Training calendars/Training Schedule for the year 2006-07 on this site immediately. This will help all the HR/Training Managers to consolidate the data and come up with a Training calendar for their companies.
HR/Training managers may also provide some inputs about the Trainers/Programs. I hope you understand that many Managers intend to provide training to their employees, but they may not have the data related to trainers/training calendars.
I also request CHR to facilitate with folders such as:
- Training Calendars
- Trainers list with expertise
- Consultants - Best in 360 Degree feedback, etc.
- Manuals section
- Policies Section
- PPT Section
- Campus Recruitment
- Websites
- Industrial Relations
- Surveys
- Reports
- Etc.
