What can be the new and different recruiting ways other than the conventional ways like:

1. Job Portals.
2. Consultants.
3. Newspaper ads.
4. Reference scheme.
5. Headhunting.

I want to know some other techniques to recruit people. It can also include going into the field and talking to people personally. Any suggestions, please mention.
