Please send me Chhattisgarh PTAX Rates as of 01.04.2010.

1) Is there any rule that PTAX will be paid by the employer on behalf of the employee?

2) As per Chhattisgarh Government Notification No. F-10-26/2008/CT/V14, the State Government exempted employees. What is the impact of this on the State PTAX of Chhattisgarh?
