I wonder why all of you want a soft copy of projects? What will you do with them? Instead of asking for soft copies, do some literature search, decide on the aim and objectives that are beneficial to the organisation (if you have one that gives access) and yourself. Then, arrive a t a conceptual framework, etc. Please refer to my posts at citehr on Research Methodology and also for posts with sample projects, which are attached and will act as a guide for the format of the project report.
After these steps, if you want any more help, please do drop a private message.
