Analyzing Top 10 FMCG Companies As A RECRUITER...How?

Hello friends and seniors
I have a query on Recruitment analysis.... Like for example you have collected the data on say 10 top most FMCG companies... the data consitute of:-
The product line
the product wise turnover
their expansion plans in various cities and states
can you guide me as to how to do the analysis as a recruiter on these companies... What all should be included in my analysis and On which areas in recruitment I need to stress more.
Pls give me some guidance on this as to how to go about it.
