Hi members I would like to know what is meant by annual CTC statement and what the format is. I was told that it's the statement of expenses of an employee has incurred to the company and its prepared at the end of the year. Can any of you help me out. Arun

It's necessary to adhere to the stipulations under the respective state govts' notifications issued from time to time, category wise. There are also, in some cases bifurcations, especially basic wages & DA components. Though there is no compulsion that every unit should follow the structure/ components seriatim, it should be ensured that atleast the sum total of all components taken together should not be less than the Minimum stipulated therein & shall form gross salary of every one in that respective catagory(ies) are paid periodically. In this respect notifications issued by the respective govt(s) should be followed.
