Sincerely Tell, When U Start Working?

Dear all,I am working in tirupur export garments company.The garments feild persons the below reasons well known.we are working in compulsory working hours is 12 hours.morning 8 to evening 7.30 .
I thing i am a learning postion now,i am sr hr exeutvie ,my next achevement is a Hr manger,so U working one year for 8 hrs,but i working 12 hours.I will reach in my goal very early .

It is common when you want to measure something (perfomance etc) you plot a graph and have some criterion on X axis & other on Y axis. Likewise when we say we are work or result oriented we are always considering time & other resources used to achieve them. Out which the common resource is "TIME". So in short even if we say we are result oriented or work oriented & not time oriented, we are forgetting that our completion of the work is related to time directly or indirectly.
I am workaholic and adhere strict to time but sometimes flexible too.
Our work time is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Start at 9.25 am (P-D-C-A-) and end at 6.25 pm
lunch Break at 1.15pm to 1.45 pm supper at 430 pm to 4.45 pm
Reason to get up 5 min earlier is I review the work of the day in last five min. so as to plan next day's work properly.

Weekly Working Hours Required - 45 Hours
Minimum Working Hours/Day - 7 Hours
I will be in office from 7.45 AM to 9.00 PM
Out of Which, Almost 5-6 Hours Daily I spend time in Other's Cabin, Meeting With Colleagues, Boss Etc.,
