Hi,
Iam also working on Talent Management and want to relate it with Performance Management for my dissertation. It would be really helpful if someone could tell me about how to link the two and suitable method for carrying out research. I am thinking of making use of questionnaires, quantitative at that. Thanks for the help and guidance.
